Namaste friends,
I am just letting you know of a couple of changes to the schedule. As life changes little by little i’m adapting as I know you are too. My husband has now returned to work, and so I now need to make a couple of changes…

Monday Hatha Yoga has the new timings of 8-9pm
This is now 1hr later than what it was. I’m hoping it suits you and doesn’t cause disruption to your regular practice. In a way it’s better, more time for your tea to settle in the tum! :)

Monday Pregnancy Yoga – weekly recording at 10am
In addition I am making a change to the Pregnancy Yoga class. I will now record the Pregnancy yoga session on Sunday and it’ll be available to follow at a time you choose on the Monday.
I know this will suit those of you who book on, because the practice at the moment has been a little bit late for you anyway. You will book on via the booking system, then you’ll receive the link on Monday morning, allowing you to do the practice anytime on the Monday.

The 2 NEW classes – are doing great!
The NEW weekly Saturday morning Rise & Shine Yoga session got wonderful feedback! It’s quite different in it’s energy and flow from evening Hatha which makes it a welcome addition.
Please come and give it a try.
Equally well received is the NEW fortnightly Restorative Yin class on Sunday nights. It aids a great nights sleep, and it’s also fab for those who enjoy hip opening practices too.
