NEW Weekly Class: De-stress Yoga (starts March 2019)

Namaste all,
In the years that I’ve been teaching yoga, all the listening, the understanding, the feeling for what’s needed in the classes, it has to be said that a form of yoga that de-stresses is coming through incredibly strong. It has been on my mind for some time now, to offer a session which specifically targets stress and anxiety. A deeply relaxing session, and hence I bring to you a NEW weekly Thursday class…

De-Stress Yoga: What to expect?
– 30mins of Candlelit Yin Yoga: a style of yoga where we hold for longer periods of time than we do in Hatha. We may do 5-7 poses, allowing the yoga to go deep into the fascia, bringing a sense of deep release
– 30mins of Candlelit Yoga Nidra: deep relaxation
– Bring a mat, water, blanket and cushion – the aim is to have an incredibly nourishing hour so having comfort items to hand is very helpful
– Suitable for all abilities including those who’ve never done yoga before

De-Stress Yoga: Where and When?
Every Thursday evening 7.45pm – 8.45pm at the Tower House Hotel, in Halifax. For those coming to Hatha Yoga at 6.30pm you’re welcome to book onto both sessions if you wish.

This session starts from March and is a weekly class. It’s set up on the booking system so feel free to book your space. Looking forward to seeing you on the mat, much love, Adele xx
